RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack

The RML-390F is the Flat Foot version of the RML-3 Monster Lite Power Rack. Available as a stand-alone unit or by converting an existing SML-2 or SML-3 Squat Stand, this rack's self-stabilizing base means you won't need to bolt it to the ground before you use it—a major benefit for those looking to protect their floors or to have more flexibility in a workout space.

The Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is manufactured in Columbus, OH with US steel and features 3x3" 11-gauge steel uprights, 2x3" 11-gauge steel bases with Westside hole spacing and 0.625" bolts and fasteners. Leaving just a 48" x 49" footprint, the unit still creates a substantial 30" of inside depth. Customers can choose between a Single Skinny or Fat/Skinny 43" Pull-up Bar, and all orders come standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-Cups and a pin/pipe safety system.

RML-390F Conversion Kit Includes:

  • (2) Monster Lite 90" Sticks
  • (1) XML-30" Crossmember Pair
  • (1) 30" Pin/ Pipe Safety System
  • All additional hardware required

Please Note: Band Pegs and Safety Spotter Arms should NOT be used with the Flat Foot Rack.

ALSO: If you already own a Rogue SML-2 or SML-3 Monster Lite Squat Stand and want to convert it to a Flat Foot Power Rack, we offer an RML-390F Conversion Kit with all of the components and hardware you will need. The conversion kit is only compatible with the SML-2 and SML-3 and provided uprights will only be available at the 90" height.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid! I bought this a couple months ago along with the Ohio barbell, fleck plates, and some attachments to set up my first home gym. The rack is heavy and very solid. It doesn’t move doing pull-ups or dips and you can do almost all the heavy compound lifts in it. I’ve been loving being able to workout at home and it has been helping me start lifting heavy again. Note: I got the safety straps instead of the bars so it wouldn’t scratch the barbell and got red vertical pillars, which looks awesome!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Rack, perfect for serious home use! Bought the rack about 3 months ago and all is great. Got tired of gyms opening and closing during covid, so I went with all the necessary accessories to have what I need to get results at home, when I want to. My teenagers love using a much better rack here at home, compared to what they have at school. Using the additional adjustable bench and safety straps (which I both highly recommend) I'm able to get a full workout every time. Squats, rack pulls, deadlifts, bench press and more are just so easy with this rack. Delivery was on the expensive side, but hey, it's a Rogue. Solid and heavy, I'm 205 pounds and can easily do pull-ups with no bad vibes. This thing is a monster for the price. So, you can't go wrong, get it; it's the reference.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product! I bought this because I knew the Rogue quality is highly rated, but it also looked rather versatile in the way it can be set up. It went together almost exactly how I wanted it to although a couple things surprised me (my fault though). Great quality and I would definitely recommend it to anybody. Wouldn’t mind a different safety bar set up though (pipe and rod setup can be a little frustrating).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As Expected This rack is exactly what you would expect from a high end brand like Rogue. Easy to put together, quick delivery, UPS guy even thanked me for the workout. Got this model because I’ll be moving soon and didn’t want to have to bolt it to the floor. Haven’t had any issues with it lifting or rocking unless doing butterfly pull-ups. I did have one hiccup where I only received half of the hardware needed for the rack. A quick email and within a few hours the missing parts shipping order was generated. Received the missing parts 2 days later. Fits perfect in my standard height garage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best for the price Took about 30min to assemble. It’s construction is like that of a tank. Great for a single car garage gym. Recommend that you put it together hand tight then torque to spec

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect rack This rack does exactly what it’s meant to. It’s a perfect solution for everything you might use a rack for. It’s very sturdy especially when you buy the additional pegs to hold plates on the sides.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellet upgrade ! I purchased the upgrade since I wanted more stability and options for my SML 2 squat rack. Very easy to re-assemble and it has given me a ton more options for pull ups with different hand positions and overall a much more stable system .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great investment Like many others that went thru the last year and a half of uncertainty, I realized I needed a training solution at home. What is unique about my circumstance is I’m in the military and move every few years. I found this rack to fall right in the sweet spot of features I wanted. It’s not too big or too small, so it works well in a one car garage. It’s just tall enough at 90” so my 5’6” self can do pull ups without touching the ground. There’s plenty of room for plate storage on the uprights that won’t interfere with bench press. Look forward to using this for years to come.
