RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack

The RML-390F is the Flat Foot version of the RML-3 Monster Lite Power Rack. Available as a stand-alone unit or by converting an existing SML-2 or SML-3 Squat Stand, this rack's self-stabilizing base means you won't need to bolt it to the ground before you use it—a major benefit for those looking to protect their floors or to have more flexibility in a workout space.

The Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is manufactured in Columbus, OH, and features 3x3" 11-Gauge Uprights, 2x3" 11-Gauge Bases with Westside hole spacing and 0.625" bolts and fasteners. Leaving just a 48" x 49" footprint, the unit still creates a substantial 30" of inside depth. Customers can choose between a Single Skinny or Fat/Skinny 43" Pull-up Bar, and all orders come standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-Cups and a pin/pipe safety system.

RML-390F Conversion Kit Includes:

  • (2) Monster Lite 90" Sticks
  • (1) XML-30" Crossmember Pair
  • (1) 30" Pin/ Pipe Safety System
  • All additional hardware required

Please Note: Band Pegs and Safety Spotter Arms should NOT be used with the Flat Foot Rack.

ALSO: If you already own a Rogue SML-2 or SML-3 Monster Lite Squat Stand and want to convert it to a Flat Foot Power Rack, we offer an RML-390F Conversion Kit with all of the components and hardware you will need. The conversion kit is only compatible with the SML-2 and SML-3 and provided uprights will only be available at the 90" height.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid and sturdy rack Bought this rack as I didn’t want to bolt anything to the concrete garage floor. Amazingly sturdy and fun to use. I feel I gotta bargain for what I paid for it. I expect it will hold up for years to come.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfied customer! Top quality Product Recently turned my garage into a gym and knew i needed quality durabilty and style. Rogue exceed all those expectations with this RML-390f. you dont have to bolt this model to the ground and its stable as a tank! Been doing all my normal exercises squats bench press pull ups etc and this power rack handles it all. I also oredered the plate storage channels to store bumper plates on the rack for additional stability. A power rack is the centerpiece of your gym ...its essential ...avoid cheap alternative racks out there for lower prices. Rogues quality and durability gives me a peace of mind every time i workout in my gym.

This thing is awesome... didn’t have to bolt it to ground...very stable...it doesn’t budge! I purchased the storage channels to store my bumper plates on the rack for additional security. This power rack is a tank...squats, pull ups, bench press...any exercise I throw at it...the Rogue is solid enough to handle it. Quality precision welding and it just looks awesome! Power racks are the center piece of your gym... don’t cut looking for the cheap options! Go for the Rogue and workout with a peace of mind and satisfaction!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent - but shipping and assembly..... I bought this rack a month ago and have been very very happy with it. Sturdy, doesn't rock, everything you want when buying this sort of rack as opposed to having to bolt it to the ground. My issues are more so with getting there :) 1. 1" rubber mat (24"x24") had a weird stain on it and they had to send me another 2. 2 of the 90" uprights were either lost in transit or never sent - never found out which. this was ridiculous to think that two of the main parts of the rack never made it from the initial shipment. another week or so to get them. 3. i was missing a hardware kit altogether 4. once i got all the parts, assembly was difficult to say the least. directions were fine i guess, but actually getting the bolts into the hardware, particularly on the legs, was borderline impossible. it got ridiculous to be honest. just to prove a point, i had to put the bolts in a specific order for each leg - it was different for each - and a rubber mallet was used to jam it in the rest of the way. I wasn't tightening the bolts either, they were loose so they had some give. dumb problem to have. I'd absolutely still recommend buying this rack, just know you may have some hiccups along the way - not something you expect for a 2K+ investment. Customer service was excellent when it came down to it (even thought i had one interaction where the person didn't have a clue). Matt

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything that it says it is. The smartest thing I've done starting a home gym is saving my hard earned money and investing in some Ruge equipment. This is the king of racks, and you can trust it with virtually any beating you put it through. It's not only built like a tank but aesthetically pleasing to the eye as well. I can't say enough about it, but what I will say is not even the local gyms around me have equipment of this quality, and that makes me feel pretty darn good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleased With This Rack This power rack is all I will ever need for a home gym. Quality is excellent. I can not imagine anyone exceeding the structural limits of it. Looks good and is very functional. I did not have a rack and this has put my workouts on another level. I was interested in a Monster Rack because of the custom colors and numbered holes. Chose this one because it was 300 dollars less and free standing (didn't want to drill holes in my floor).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredibly Strong and Beautiful Don’t think it twice, but it. Sometimes I go to my garage gym just to see and touch the rig. Beautiful, perfect. Save money somewhere else, but don’t skimp and miss the pleasure of owning this rack. Amazing, super happy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything you could you want. I am a beginner, so this rack is almost ridiculously more than I need, but it's definitely something to grow into. It's unbelievably solid and the safety features (I upgraded to the straps) gives me the confidence I need to lift alone. A women's bar, a basic set of number plates, a few fractional, and some chin-up assist bands and providing far more value to me than years at a commercial gym. I have no good excuse not to stumble down to the basement before work and get in a proper routine.
