P-5V Garage Pull-Up System

Customizable Wall or Ceiling-Mounted Pull-Up Bar Solution

Uniquely designed for a sturdy ceiling mount or wall mount, the Rogue P-5V Garage Pull-Up System’s 1x2” 11-Gauge Steel brackets can be customized to virtually any training space. Like the P-3 system, the P-5V brackets measure 24x23” inches with pull-up bar slots at both 14” and 22” from the mounting point.

The P-5V Garage Pull-Up System can be anchored to any stable wood stud/ceiling joist or concrete wall at the height of your choosing. For larger gyms, multiple brackets can also be daisy-chained together—separated by a few feet-- to create more pull-up stations while optimizing both space and materials.

Available in bracket pairs or as a complete system with a 52" pull-up bar, the P-5V Garage Pull-Up System is a durable, practical, and expandable option for a garage gym or full-scale weight training facility.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from New toy Bought this 2 weeks ago, shipping sucked due to freeze, but used 1/2 ×4 lag zinc screws. Strong sturdy did a couple kipping after I installed I regretted installing it lol, jk. Only reason no 5th star I was short a washer, I can already see the kipping improvement

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flexible for small spaces, easy to install We bought this for our home gym in a converted garage. We have low ceilings and were able to install this as shown which leaves just enough head space for pull ups. Great for the whole family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid / Wide Bar I recently installed this bar in my garage and it is rock solid. It is exactly what I was looking for in a pull bar that I can also use for ring attachments as well as T2B workouts. I went with the 1/2" x 4 1/2" lag screws although I'm sure the 3/8" screws would have been perfectly fine and easier to install (1/2" x 5 1/2" screws are completely unnecessary in my opinion and very difficult to install). 1/2" lag screws require a strong impact driver. Be sure to drill pilot holes so the wood doesn't crack (5/16 drill bit in my case). I installed the unit by myself in about 2 hours. I took some time to make sure I found the center of the ceiling joists under the drywall. You also want to be sure the pilot holes are completely vertical. Start with the two center-most bracket holes, make sure they are centered on the joists and then the two outer-most openings are pretty easy.
