With the XM-43R, your pull-ups and neutral grip training no longer require separate equipment. Instead, the unit includes two formed 0.1875" steel arms with bolt-on, rotational handle assemblies. This design allows the athlete to simply spin and lock the handles into a forward or parallel position (the assemblies alone rotate, not the actual grips) before beginning their next movement. The grips themselves measure 1.125” and 5” in length, with a non-abrasive knurling and our signature black textured powder coat finish.

For even more versatility, the Rotating Pull-Up Bar also includes seven different adjustable, lock-in positions for each arm. With a quick switch of the pop pin, you can move from a pull-up width of 4.5” on center all the way out to a maximum width of 54.5”. In a busy training space, this means athletes can instantly customize the pull-up bar to their preferred width while still maintain a neutral grip setting.

The Neutral Grip Rotating Pull-Up Bar is manufactured in the USA using 3"x3" 11 gauge tube with 0.375" formed steel arms. The 43” long crossmember includes a bolt flange for compatibility with the Monster 2.0 line, and all joints use heavy bronze bushings for years of free movement. The arms and crossmember are finished in our MG Black powder coat.
