Rogue Competition Fat Pad™

Both the original and competition Fat Pad are a must in our home gym

I have the old version of the stand alone flat bench usually seen in dumbell areas of the gym. I use it for competition bench pressing in a rack. I recently got the fat pad, which was easy to install on my old flat bench. The quality is ideal. I love the combo rack version and wanted the pad for my home gym. Only issue is that it makes the total height of the bench 2” higher than regulation bench heights, which was easily addressed with pads under feet. The fat pad is identical to the combo rack version in quality and build. Highly recommend the fat pad if you like the rogue combo rack version.

This grippy, dense pad was the missing piece to benching pain free. I've struggled for years with shoulder pain from an old injury but with this key tool am now able to maintain a good braced position high on my traps. Being able to consistently string together good training sessions has had a huge impact on my mindset approaching bench day and I've already PR'd multiple times. Highly recommend.

I don’t know why this isn’t the standard, most benches are too narrow, I literally started doing floor presses just to avoid doing regular benches. I think Rogue should start selling bench frames separately too though, just in case someone wants to turn the Fat Pad into an actual bench later/down the line.

Awesome addition to my home gym. This thing is as strong as they come. Highly recommend for heavy bench pressing and anything else you can think of.

I have been using this BENCH PAD for well over year now have very pleased. The stability and ability to dig-in and maintain position due to the grippy material makes bench more effective. The width is also a great benefit as I can feel the support on my back shoulders. I highly recommend this BENCH PAD. Now, the reason I emphasized this is a PAD is due to others giving unjustified low-reviews because they thought a frame came with it. The price should tell you a frame would be separate as should the title of the produce and the description. Lastly, this pad will bolt onto specific benches, but will attach to any bench if you have he right tools. I welded up a custom frame for mine.

i have laid my eyes on this bench and now I sleep on it full time. lord has laid me down to rest. this is the most beautiful bench I will see in my lifetime. 11/10 recommended

I bought this separate from the Monster Utility Bench 2.0 - shorty because they are not being sold together at the moment, and it is still worth it! The two combined are the best bench I have ever used and it has competition standard measurements, so I am training with the correct equipment. It is stable, you do not slide around, and it just feels amazing to bench on. Friends cannot believe how much better it is compared to all the other benches they have used either. If you want the best, this is it and you cannot go wrong. Hands down best bench and best bench pad I have ever used in my life!
