Heavy duty, easy to assemble
The quality and workmanship (welds, paint, etc) is fantastic, everything was easy to assemble, and adding pieces as you go makes it a great at home rig. I’ve been working out with my kids and they love having a gym at home, and spending time working out and talking about life together. I knew the physical results of ownership would be worth it but the time with my family was an unexpected bonus. Fantastic purchase.

Absolutely perfect
This is an incredible product. I was looking for a rack that would give me safety and flexibility, as I lift alone 90% of the time. After using this product for a while now, I can honestly say that this will be a legacy product for me, as it will probably be around long after I'm in the ground. I was a bit apprehensive about the flat foot setup as opposed to a wallmount or traditional bolted power rack, but after going nuts on it for a bit, I have zero doubts about stability. This thing is very well built! Here are a couple things I'll touch on that I haven't seen others mention, or that I wished I knew before buying 1) I highly recommend the safety straps, they allow incremental adjustment that the pipe and pin safeties or flip down safeties simply can't 2) This will work perfectly for 8' ceilings, I simply lowered the pull up bar slightly for head clearance 3) Not sure if this is normal or not, but I was able to order with sandwich J-cups well before the J-cups were available for individual ordering 4) The Monster Matador is heavy as hell. Shockingly so, if you aren't expecting it 5) If you have 8' ceilings, you will not be able to use a vertical bar holder tucked behind the upright. It would work for a shorter specialty bar, like a curl bar (non-rackable). Unsure if it would work for the horizontal mount vertical bar holder on the foot crossmember, it would be close though 6) I have mine up against a wall and have plenty of room to get under the bar for squats. Plates are clear as well 7) The rack does move a small amount, but nothing untoward or that would cause concern. If this concerns you, a possibility is to add a weight peg for storing plates low on the back uprights. I can't confirm that it would clear, but based on eyeballing it I'm not imagining there would be a clearance issue 8) I'd recommend having a second, or even better if you can borrow a third person to help put it together. You can do it solo, but it'd be far more time consuming All in all, wonderful product. Absolutely would recommend and purchase again.

This rack is so nice.
Not the first rack I've owned, but it's the highest quality one for sure. It's really hard to overstate that, everyone that comes to my house wants it. I perform all my lifts outside of the rack so I can't speak on the usability of its inner space for lifting. Instead I choose to use the uprights for plate storage channels and other accessories on band pegs. I've been able to put together a very functional and compact setup that is truly a constant source of motivation.

Great Rack
Bought this recently since I wanted to have a home gym. I am not the greatest handyman and didn't want to buy a rig that had to be bolted into the concrete ground or a wall to fold away. I didn't want to run the risk of ruining my concrete floor or wall with my bodyweight and possibly getting injured. Looked on the website for a quality and not bolted rig and found this one. My expectations were exceeded. Easy to set up and only took me a total of 1 1/2 hours to completely set it up. Comes with two Rogue wrenches so you don't have to use any other tools. As with any Rogue equipment, this rig is well built and can handle strenuous work loads. I have done numerous kipping pull-ups and muscle up and there is no concern or threat of this thing tipping over. It will stay grounded without any issues of having to bolt anything to a wall or concrete floor. Completely satisfied. Do not be scared of the price. It is completely worth it and safe. Highly recommend.

The best piece of equipment I've ever bought.
The RM-390F is built like a tank. The quality is top-notch. I've done heavy squats, pull-ups, muscle-ups, dips, and have yet to feel unsafe. I've added the adjustable monolift, the matador, etc...and it always feels rock solid. If you don't want to (or can't) drill holes in your floor, this is definitely the way to go!

Solid Equipment
Happy one year out. Glad I went with flat foot in case I decide to move it around in my barn. If you need the bolt down version, get it, but if you’re not 6’6” squatting 500lbs+ routinely, the flat foot is more than stable. I’m 6’3” 225lbs and do pull ups without rocking this thing at all.

Dislike the Dimensions
This product is well built like most/all Rogue products, but I dislike it quite a lot. I think it is too wide and too shallow, it is very difficult to squat without banging the bar somewhere.

Walks everywhere and weighs fall off.
Had this for over a year now and I hate it. Weather it's on smooth floor or textured industrial gym flooring it constantly walks all over whenever you do dips or pullups from it. Today The weights came off while doing dips and damaged my brand new floors. This thing is trash for the amount of money I spent on everything
