RML-3 Rogue Monster Lite R-3 is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 26.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Solid Construction and Quality I love this rack. It's heavy duty, there are great details from the obvious quality all the way down to the 'R' cut-out in on the sides. I don't know why you're reading a review for this rack, because it's obviously awesome quality. I chose this over the bolt-together because I like the welded top. It's wide, but not so wide that I bump the plates when taking the bar out of the J Hooks. All around awesome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overbuilt and high quality I purchased this to replace a Chinese 2x2 rack that I'd used for the last two years. This 3x3 Monster Lite absolutely eclipses that rack ten times over. And I don't mind replacing my old 2x2 accessories with the new ML ones. Again, build quality is very good. All the welds look very good, powder coat is even and the rack is square. It's very stable. I know that shouldn't surprise me, being that so many have positively reviewed this rack, but actually seeing and handling and then using this rack first hand cannot be described. It's just a beast. Yes, it will cost you more than a knockoff rack, but if you can buy one forever, this just may be it. It'd be cool to see an extension add on section available for plate storage, making it a mini 6 post rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent rack Easy to put together and very sturdy. Hardware included is good quality. Once bolted down there is very little movement at all. Doesn't rock at all during pullups. Fits nicely in my basement, its a small footprint rack but it doesn't feel cramped in there at all. Only thing I noticed is the coating on the safety bars gets scratched easy, but its a power rack not the Mona Lisa here so that's a mild complaint. I've seen some suggestions for some neoprene washers for accessories. Couldn't hurt. Definitely glad I spent more on a Rogue rack vs. something less expensive. You can tell the difference in sturdiness and quality. Added the Ohio Bar, and same situation, you can feel the difference easily between this and a standard olympic bar from someone else. Not only worth what I paid to Rogue, but worth the pretty penny I paid to get it shipped to Alaska. If I didn't live on the Moon I probably would have sprung for their bench and weights as well. Very happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Equipment and Easy Setup Purchased this equipment about a month ago and it is perfect, great for a garage gym and also very easy to set up. Beats driving to the gym in the morning or afternoon. Well worth the money for the quality of the product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sturdy and Strong I've had my RML-3 about a year. I love that its profile doesn't take up a lot of space but doesn't give up much functionality. I also love that all the same attachments for the Monster series are available for the Monster Lite series, and they are cheaper! My only gripes with the rig are that it doesn't have a power rack conversion kit and that it doesn't have skid plates available; so you don't have to bolt it to the floor if you done want to. But, that is a small price to pay. I would recommend getting the SAML- 24 Safety Spotter Arms. They add a whole new dimension to the rig. I would also recommend buying a bunch of large (1.5-2 in) neoprene washers (about .15 cents each) from a hardware store and putting them on your attachments so they don't scrap the powder coating off. I love this rig!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3 years strong This rack is a total beast, and I seriously doubt my truck would stand a chance against this guy. Sturdy as you can imagine. I would say the only negative is it is fairly narrow inside to minimize footprint, if you are used to LOTS of room there will be an adjustment period, but problem solved if you have bumpers and just use the j-cups outside. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from RML-3 review I purchased my RML-3 on Black Friday. Initially I was torn between the R-3 and the RML-3, but chose to go with the monster lite. The price difference was small, and most of the attachments that is be interested in are priced the same as the infinity line. The only exception would be the spotter arms if I wanted to do pin presses down the road. I have it bolted down to my 8x8 platform with three lag acres per foot. It is very sturdy and solid. I really like the hole spacing through the bench, and also the ability to set the j-hooks on either side of the uprights. I'm about 6', and too tall to press overhead within the rack. Not much of an issue though. Very pleased with my purchase. This is a great rack. Great quality.
