Rogue RML-390C Power Rack

Affordable Shipping, Easy Assembly, No Limitations

The RML-390C is the colored version of Rogue RML-390BT Power Rack. Like the standard model, this unit is manufactured in Columbus, Ohio, and updates a classic Westside power cage design with 3x3" 11 Gauge Steel in your choice of 10 custom Rogue semi gloss powdercoats. The bolt-together unit may allow for the easier transport of individual components and some additional custom assembly options.

With an interior depth of 24" or 30", the RML-390C is an all-in-one power rack that can improve the efficiency of a small garage gym or major weight training center. With 0.625" hardware and Westside hole spacing, it also provides an appealing middle ground between the Rogue Monster and Rogue Infinity Series power racks. Easy to set-up and install out the box, this rack comes standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-cups, a pin/pipe safety set, four band pegs, and a 43" Fat/Skinny Pull-Up Bar.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Get what you pay for Quality rack - period. I have a few of these - 30 inches is plenty deep for squats, rack pulls, etc. inside the rack. I have the rogue monolifts in all of mine. Only thing I'd suggest - is to get an additional 43 inch cross member. I find that makes the rack even more sturdy. If you're squatting 500+, you'll need to bolt to the floor for sure. Westside hole pinning, laser cut, 3x3 inch 11 gauge steel, what else do you want?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesomeness Everything I needed to start my training and then some. My powerrack came with some extra goodies that I did not expect. Higest quality you could ask for! My only regret is not getting a taller version. The pull-up bar isn't ideal for my height at 6'4". However, my kids love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Power Rack This rack is beautiful. I got the Rouge Red with 30" Dept. I have no complain about this rack. This is better than any rack I have used in a commercial gym.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Feels Solid This power Rack feels like it can handle anything you throw at it.... the paint job not so much. When I bought the bright blue I thought i was getting a paint job as solid as the powder coat they put on their black uprights. The colored paint scratches to easy. Just adjusting my pull up bar after install I have a few good down to metal scratches and I was going easy to not scratch it. Being this is in garage the exposed scratches will def rust fast but I guess in a few years of wear and tear I can break it down have it sanded and repainted if it gets on my nerves. Be badass if they linex these bad boys or just color powder coat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Built to last I purchased the RML-390C 30 inch cross members and swapped the pin safeties for the strap safeties. I also swapped the fat/skinny bar for the multi grip cross bar. The toughest part of setting this up was cutting the stall mats to anchor the uprights to my basement floor. I have 9 ft ceilings in my basement and the 96 inch height with multi grip works allows my 5'11 height to do full extension pull ups and kipping pull ups. I can also do standing presses if I am careful. I have my rack set up to do squats in the cage and have the spotter arms mounted outside the cage for bench presses. I recently purchased the Rogue utility bench 2.0 so I can have my adjustable bench reserved for dumbbell presses, leg extensions/curls, etc. This rack is better than some of the equipment in local gyms and the west side hole spacing allows the perfect settings for bench press. I used two bolts per leg to anchor in concrete and this rack doesn't budge no matter what you lift. I will eventually purchase the spud lat pulley system and probably a matador however I already have a dip bar on my Ironman power tower. This is probably overkill for what I need in a basement gym but the price differential between the ML and the R3 was not that great. You really can't go wrong with any Rogue rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just get the RM-3 First, I am not really a weightlifter or crossfitter, so your mileage may vary... This rack is perfect for what I needed (squatting, pull-ups, etc). Once put together, it is solid. There was minimal sway until bolted down, now there is none. I am 6'3" 220# and it does not move at all with pull ups. Once it was put together (and shimmed because my floor slants) it is square and plumb essentially out of the box. It is heavy, so you might want a second pair of hands. I did it myself. That's what they make joint compound for... However, the 90" RM-3 has an option to substitute the pin safeties for the strap system and you save $70. The RM3 is also 30" depth standard, so you don't have to pay $20 for that option like you do for the RML. The total cost for the monster lite vs monster would still be about $100 cheaper, but it is worth a look as there are a few other differences that you may enjoy for not much more. Realistically though this rack is probably more that I needed and I could have saved $300 and gotten the infinity series. So, it's a weird place to be... It took about 3 weeks to arrive. Not what I'd call "fast" in the Amazon age, but the total order was almost half a ton.
