Rogue RML-490C Power Rack

Starting with the same Westside-inspired design as the popular Rogue R-4 Power Rack, the RML-490C utilizes 3x3" 11-gauge steel uprights in your choice of 10 custom Rogue semi gloss powdercoats—making it among the strongest and sturdiest power racks in the industry. Built in Columbus, Ohio, this highly customizable Monster Lite rack is equipped to serve professional strength training facilities, collegiate weight rooms, military training bases, and small garage gyms, alike.

The RML-490C includes Westside hole spacing, 5/8” hardware, and a set each of Monster Lite J-cups, pin/pipe safeties, and band pegs. Both a 43" Beam and 43" Single Skinny Pull-Up Bar also come standard.

With just a 53" x 53" standard footprint, the RML-490C Power Rack is a compact unit well suited to custom additions. Popular accessories include the Monster Lite Matador, Monster Lite Safety Spotter Arms, and Long Plate Storage.

Optional Stabilizer comes in Standard Matte Black Powdercoat for all color options.

*The satin clear finish is a transparent finish. This will show any blemishes or marks from the manufacturing process that are present in the steel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like it - just one change I love my rack but Rogue should include #s on the rack to make it easier/faster to adjust your j hooks. If I could do it again I would buy the Monster Rack that includes the #s. For what you pay for I believe Rogue missed this one. I wouldn’t recommend this rack because someone could buy the monster with not much additional cost that includes this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As advertised Ive had my rack and many accessories for about a month now. Assembly was extra easy and all the accessories and safety bars are quick and easy to use. Couldn't be happier! Didn't have to bolt it down, just set it on top of rubber flooring and its extremely stable no matter what I do including pikes on the matador.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly What I Needed I bought this 3 weeks ago and it shipped promptly and quickly (had all items within 4 business days). It was easy put together (I would suggest having a second person to help). It is a very strong unit and has met all my needs for all the various exercises that I'm using it for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from RML-490C I’ve had this thing now for a few weeks and couldn’t be more impressed with it. I got it in gun metal gray (wanted to do the desert tan aka FDE but they were going to charge quite a bit more for it) and it looks great, especially with the desert tan Zeus Rogue bar. I got a bunch of attachments... stabilizer as it’s on a wood floor (might build a platform later and drill into floor), vertical bar storage, landmine, matador, kid pull up bar, four plate storage pegs, upgraded pull-up bar (can’t remember what it’s called but looks like monkey bars), safety straps and can’t remember what else. I’m 6’4” 235 lbs and had my wife and four of my five boys with a few other people from the neighborhood over and we did Murph on the 4th of July. I had about 500 lbs on the rack and it didn’t move an inch on the butterfly pull-ups with all of us using it. Setup was easy for a guy who isn’t the most mechanically Inclined. Took a couple of hours (less time than the Abram 2.0). Rogue is the way to go no doubt about it. Great workmanship and made in USA. Got to admit it stung a little buying the bench for $545 but it’s paying Americans and will literally last more than a lifetime and it’s the best bench out there so “buy once cry once” is pretty accurate. I’m glad I got it. It’s an amazing piece of equipment. It gets used about every day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best of the Best! Love this rack and everything rogue makes! Along with the RML-490c rack in dark blue, I purchased 260lbs of the rogue Echo bumper plates and the Echo GHD. Love everything and it has just about finalized my basement gym!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 95% perfect! This rack is rock solid. It is commercial grade and then some. My one and only complaint is with the safety pin/bars. They are very impractical when it comes to making quick changes to your set up. It almost seems like this is where Rogue decided to save money by not providing us flip down safeties as a standard for this rack. I bought two of these racks at the same time and spent over $2500. For that kind of money, I really expected perfection. This rack comes very close though. So in my opinion, Rogue needs to ditch the terrible safety pin system and make the flip down safety bars standard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great build quality Bought this last month wanted a quality unit to upgrade my garage gym and start lifting again in a safe manner also safe for teenage son working out alone with safety bars or straps in place.Couldn’t be happier unit is solid great quality ,paint gets scratched and chipped but this is expected it’s exercise equipment not a sports car... Rogue customers service is outstanding any minor problem resolved with quickly... you get what you pay for.. this is quality that will last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 4 month review Purchased this rack at the start of 2019 after planning the garage gym for about a year. Looked at a lot but couldn’t be happier I decided on this one. Pros: Plenty of room to squat/bench inside the rack. Extremely sturdy. Plate storage doesn’t interfere with lifts. Looks badass. It can handle any lift you can. Doesn’t take up an obnoxious amount of room. Very easy to assemble (did it alone). Weights don’t hit Jcups when racking/reracking. Cons:..... I’ll let you know if I find one.
