Rogue RML-90SLIM Rack

The Rogue 90” Slim Rack combines a simple, efficient set-up with the reliable stability of two wall-mounted Monster Lite uprights (3x3” 11-gauge steel).

All versions of this rack are manufactured in the USA and include Westside hole spacing (1” through bench and clean pull zone, 2” spacing above and below), a texture black finish, a pair of Monster Lite J-cups, and UHMW plastic feet to protect your flooring. Customers can also custom-select several key components of the unit’s set-up, including the type of mount (bracket vs. crossmember) and whether to include Rogue Stringers and/or a 43” Single Pull-Up Bar.

Well suited to most garage gyms / home gyms, the compact Slim Rack is 90.375” tall and creates a minimal footprint, with the front face of the uprights extending just 15” from the wall in the crossmember mount option.

Please Note: Installation is recommended only for secure concrete walls or wood studs, and the additional support of stringers (whether you use Rogue Stringers or your own) may be needed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to install the Slim Rack in a location with hardware capable of supporting the aggregate weight of the rack and all gear mounted or stored on it, as well as any person using it.

Once installed, the Slim Rack will also be compatible with a wide range of Monster Lite Series attachments, sold separately.

Slim Rack Installation Options

Mounting Type:

Optional Stringer Pair:
Rogue Stringers are compatible with both the Bracket and Crossmember mounting options, and include all hardware for set-up. Made from 11-gauge, laser-cut and formed steel, our stringers are finished in a texture black powder coat and feature exclusive laser-cut Rogue branding. They measure 59" long x 10.125" tall, and extend 0.8125" (depth) off the mounting surface when installed.

Optional Pull-Up Bar:
You can order the Slim Rack with or without a 43” Single Monster Lite Pull-Up Bar (1.25” OD). Hardware is included with the bar.

ATTN: Spotter Arm Use: How and what the rack is secured to on the wall should be checked by a contractor. Depending on the wall type and how it was secured will depend on if the wall can take that stress.

Rogue RML-90SLIM Rack is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 63.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hey, nice rack I bought this because I didn’t want to take up too much space in the garage. I was torn between this and the folding rack. I ended up choosing this because my floor slopes, and figure this would be easier to deal with. I made wedge platform however. I also got the crossmembers and pull up bar upgrade. You don’t need the Rogue wall mounting kit, I had to do a bit of research on that . I used 2x4s as stringers and mounted them to concrete. I also assembled it first, then mounted it. The unit is solid with no wobbling or jiggling.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect compromise to still park a car The slim rack is sturdy. I couldn’t give up the third stall garage spot entirely living in the Midwest with our winters. It comes out 15” and I have room to spare. Garage space is 10x 20. I have a 4 door sedan. I don’t kip, so I have no concern being close to the wall for pull-ups. If you cheat your pull-ups, you won’t enjoy this. I have a bar holder and landmine attached. Had 365 on jcups for squats and It’s solid as a rock.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from RML-90SLIM Rack After a great deal of research, I purchased this rack in July 2020 for a new garage gym with stringers, crossmembers and pullup bar. This product is made extremely well with heavy gauge steel and connection design. I have 16 anchors into a concrete block wall and concrete curb. After reading reviews, I made sure I test fitted first before drilling the 16 stringer anchors. This product does not move a fraction and will purchase the matador in the future. The small footprint was key to our garage design and allows non-rack exercises, such as, dumbbell exercises with bench in front of the rack. Our family uses this gym everyday and we could not be more pleased with the Rogue product. We have not been able to purchase an appropriate 6' barbell yet for benching, but believe this rack design allows for a spotter as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Floor assembly We actually connected the poles and stinger on the floor than placed on the wall. Quite a bit less measuring and overall low profile-

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! Strong and Compact. The set up is simple and once it’s set up it is super sturdy. I like everything about it, but it could be better if the pull up bar had knurling.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Home gym must have So much less invasive than a normal rack for a home gym, does everything a regular rack can do without taking up a large amount of real estate. Site is a little confusing as to what you get so had to order my setup in pieces instead of all at once though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great compact rack! I finished setting this up a week ago, and have used it three times. So far, I’m pretty impressed. Install wasn’t too complicated, but there’s a lot of measuring and level checking. Need two people to get it upright. I have the version with the brackets and the rogue stringer. I assembled it completely on the floor, stood it up against the wall, checked levels, marked holes, laid it back down, predrilled holes, stood it back up, and bolted it in. It’s very stable and solid. Looks great too, especially with the Rogue stringers. Doesn’t take up much space—only sticks off wall 15”—which allows me to maximize my workout area in my garage. It does make pull-ups a little challenging, and I’d probably opt for a wall bracket that was 20” if there was that option. Overall, very happy with this purchase. If you are short on space and want a solid rack, this is the ticket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slim, sturdy -- very happy with my purchase I bought this in mid July and it arrived in late August. I gets shipped in a few pieces, so your uprights, cross members, pull-up bar, and hard ware may arrive on different days. Due to a shipping error I was initially missing some hardware and two crossmembers. I informed Rogue and they re-shipped a whole kit, complete with 2 pairs of crossmembers and additional J-hooks. So now I have an extra pair of J-hooks and an extra pair of crossmembers with some additional hardware. Can't complain though, as I'm sure I'll make good use of them in the future. The instructions are simple and straight-forward. However I decided to assemble this all together on the ground prior to mounting on the wall. I recommend having a friend help you. It's possible to do it on your own, but having an extra set of hands will make set up a lot easier. Additionally, I highly recommend investing in a professional-grade studfinder for added security and peace of mind. One thing to note is that the pull-up bar is adjustable -- you can mount it lower if you need to. I love how modular Rogue's system is. I look forward to adding to this mount in the future. There's enough space to squat and bench, but having a spotter for bench press is going to be very, very tight. (I haven't tried it yet, but just standing in the space makes me feel like it would be challenging to spot someone.) There's also sufficient room for pull-ups but you still gotta be careful about hitting the wall. If your wall is painted, make sure to have some extra paint handy in the future to touch up stray knicks and scratches, because you'll likely get some. Otherwise, I'm incredibly happy with this rack and all of Rogue's equipment.
