Rogue RML-390C Power Rack

Affordable Shipping, Easy Assembly, No Limitations

The RML-390C is the colored version of Rogue RML-390BT Power Rack. Like the standard model, this unit is manufactured in Columbus, Ohio, and updates a classic Westside power cage design with 3x3" 11-gauge steel in your choice of 10 custom Rogue semi gloss powdercoats. The bolt-together unit may allow for the easier transport of individual components and some additional custom assembly options.

With an interior depth of 24" or 30", the RML-390C is an all-in-one power rack that can improve the efficiency of a small garage gym or major weight training center. With 5/8” hardware and Westside hole spacing, it also provides an appealing middle ground between the Rogue Monster and Rogue Infinity Series power racks. Easy to set-up and install out the box, this rack comes standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-cups, a pin/pipe safety set, four band pegs, and a 43” Fat/Skinny Pull-Up Bar.

Rogue RML-390C Power Rack is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Built to last I purchased the RML-390C 30 inch cross members and swapped the pin safeties for the strap safeties. I also swapped the fat/skinny bar for the multi grip cross bar. The toughest part of setting this up was cutting the stall mats to anchor the uprights to my basement floor. I have 9 ft ceilings in my basement and the 96 inch height with multi grip works allows my 5'11 height to do full extension pull ups and kipping pull ups. I can also do standing presses if I am careful. I have my rack set up to do squats in the cage and have the spotter arms mounted outside the cage for bench presses. I recently purchased the Rogue utility bench 2.0 so I can have my adjustable bench reserved for dumbbell presses, leg extensions/curls, etc. This rack is better than some of the equipment in local gyms and the west side hole spacing allows the perfect settings for bench press. I used two bolts per leg to anchor in concrete and this rack doesn't budge no matter what you lift. I will eventually purchase the spud lat pulley system and probably a matador however I already have a dip bar on my Ironman power tower. This is probably overkill for what I need in a basement gym but the price differential between the ML and the R3 was not that great. You really can't go wrong with any Rogue rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just get the RM-3 First, I am not really a weightlifter or crossfitter, so your mileage may vary... This rack is perfect for what I needed (squatting, pull-ups, etc). Once put together, it is solid. There was minimal sway until bolted down, now there is none. I am 6'3" 220# and it does not move at all with pull ups. Once it was put together (and shimmed because my floor slants) it is square and plumb essentially out of the box. It is heavy, so you might want a second pair of hands. I did it myself. That's what they make joint compound for... However, the 90" RM-3 has an option to substitute the pin safeties for the strap system and you save $70. The RM3 is also 30" depth standard, so you don't have to pay $20 for that option like you do for the RML. The total cost for the monster lite vs monster would still be about $100 cheaper, but it is worth a look as there are a few other differences that you may enjoy for not much more. Realistically though this rack is probably more that I needed and I could have saved $300 and gotten the infinity series. So, it's a weird place to be... It took about 3 weeks to arrive. Not what I'd call "fast" in the Amazon age, but the total order was almost half a ton.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great rack. Outstanding quality! Love this rack. Will be bolting it to the concrete floor this week. Outstanding customer service. I initially ordered the rack with the fat / skinny bar, and then decided to add the multigrip crossmember. They could have just let me purchase it separately. I got an email the same day stating that they could save me some money by just getting the crossmember and not getting the fat/skinny bar. That was great! Thanks Rogue!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect setup First of all, rogue shipping is insane fast. I live in OH and I had it the next day. The rack is super solid even without it being anchored to the floor although I plan to anchor it when I find out right where I want it. I had to remove a couple tiles of drop ceiling for it stand upright in the basement but it was 100% worth it. The red looks amazing and with a cordless drill and a 15/16 socket I had it completely assembled in less than 30 minutes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Max customization! I love my power cage and how strong and safe it feels so I can really push to the max when lifting alone. I took the BT so I could have the upright cut down few inches so the cage fit in my basement (being 5'3" it actually fits ME better too :) ). There were some glitches in my order and I had to some back and forth emails with Rogue people, but got it all done (only minor details is while they changed me to the RML-390BT for custom height they did not upgrade my anchor sets so I was short 4 bolts and I did not realize it until I had 12 holes in the floor and only 8 bolts :/ but way sturdy enough with 8 bolts). I just remodeled my basement to be an amazing home gym and my Rogue power cage is the center of attention! this happy woman (me) will see some gainz soon ;)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loving it! Have had my eyes on this one for three years, before i finally decided. That is because i live in Norway, and it should ship from OH !! The freight cost, was as much as the price for the rack! Anyway, it is sturdy as a rock or whatever you like. After reading others reviews, i ordered it with 30" cross members. The rack would never break, and probably it is a lot more sturdy than my needs. I was after those jay cups, because my old imported rack, was to unsafe with its stoppers. It makes for a lot of e-tra addons, and i have the Monolifts too. I also made a "custom" order, so that i´ve got the ROUGE logo cross meber on the back. regards! /alf Norway

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid rack... go with the extra depth! This is a great rack and is rock solid when bolted in... I ended up getting an extra crossmember for the back to aid in stability and moved the pullup bar towards the front, based on other reviews. 30"+ inside depth is essential IMO and well worth the upgrade if you have the space
