The RML-390F is the Flat Foot version of the RML-3 Monster Lite Power Rack. Available as a stand-alone unit or by converting an existing SML-2 or SML-3 Squat Stand, this rack's self-stabilizing base means you won't need to bolt it to the ground before you use it—a major benefit for those looking to protect their floors or to have more flexibility in a workout space.
The Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is manufactured in Columbus, OH, and features 3x3" 11-gauge steel uprights, 2x3" 11-gauge steel bases with Westside hole spacing and 5/8" bolts and fasteners. Leaving just a 48" x 49" footprint, the unit still creates a substantial 30" of inside depth. Customers can choose between a Single Skinny or Fat/Skinny 43" Pull-up Bar, and all orders come standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-Cups and a pin/pipe safety system.
RML-390F Conversion Kit Includes:
- (2) Monster Lite 90" Sticks
- (1) XML-30" Crossmember Pair
- (1) 30" Pin/ Pipe Safety System
- All additional hardware required
Please Note: Band Pegs and Safety Spotter Arms should NOT be used with the Flat Foot Rack.

I bought the conversion kit. The instructions to put it together were poor. But I youtubed a few construction videos and just went with it -- each of them put it together differently. But the end result was very solid. I am impressed again with Rogue "solidity".

I bought the RML 390F to upgrade a lower end rack that I’ve been using for several years. Wish I had made the change sooner! Very solid American made product. Assembly was simple and straightforward. Little to no movement when performing pull ups. I upgraded to numbered uprights, strap safeties, and sandwich j-cups. This was a “buy once, cry once” situation for me, which is why I upgraded a few items. I chose the flat foot design so that I wouldn’t have to bolt the unit down. Works well in my space. There was a small hiccup with the initial shipment - wrong item sent. This was quickly corrected - Rogue’s customer service was excellent throughout the process. Great product. No regrets.

Excellent rig that doesn’t break the bank
Extremely high quality. Exactly what I expected. I had a Monster Lite Squat stand for years but wanted a pull-up bar. The footprint on this rack is the same size as the squat stand with the safety rails in! I park my mustang in front of my rig no problem and I don’t even have to move my car out now for squats or OHP or Dead’s. Huge improvement

Great Buy - Easy to Install
I have had this for close to one month. Was delivered without issue and went together super easy. I was able to do it by myself (probably not the best idea) but it is possible. Feels very stable and can withstand kipping pull-ups (I weight 210lbs). Highly recommend if you're setting up a home gym and dont want to drill into the floor.

Great Equipment for my Basement
Bought it a month ago and use it every day. Great for squats, incline bench presses, and standing barbell curls; all the things I couldn't do with my bench press bench. Solid as a rock and extremely well built. Assembled easily. Overall very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.
