RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack

The RML-390F is the Flat Foot version of the RML-3 Monster Lite Power Rack. Available as a stand-alone unit or by converting an existing SML-2 or SML-3 Squat Stand, this rack’s self-stabilizing base means you won’t need to bolt it to the ground before you use it—a major benefit for those looking to protect their floors or to have more flexibility in a workout space.

The Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is manufactured in Columbus, OH, and features 3x3” 11-gauge steel uprights with Westside hole spacing and 5/8” bolts and fasteners. Leaving just a 48”x49” footprint, the unit still creates a substantial 30” of inside depth. Customers can choose between a Single Skinny or Fat/Skinny 43” Pull-up Bar, and all orders come standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-Cups and a pin/pipe safety system.

RML-390F Conversion Kit Includes:

  • (2) Monster Lite 90" Sticks
  • (1) XML-30" Crossmember Pair
  • (1) 30" Pin/ Pipe Safety System
  • All additional hardware required

Please Note: Band Pegs and Safety Spotter Arms should NOT be used with the Flat Foot Rack.

ALSO: If you already own a Rogue SML-2 or SML-3 Monster Lite Squat Stand and want to convert it to a Flat Foot Power Rack, we offer an RML-390F Conversion Kit with all of the components and hardware you will need. The conversion kit is only compatible with the SML-2 and SML-3 and provided uprights will only be available at the 90” height.

RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 77.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Money Well Spent. Pay Nice Cry Once. I was one of the people who was debating about whether I should get a rack from, Rogue, Titan, Force USA, Reality, etc. I had been reviewing and researching racks for maybe 3 months from YouTube videos to reviews on reddit and the company website. This RML-390F Flat Foot Rack is a beast. I reccomend this rack if you do not want to drill holes in your floor/ground. The rack is solid and sturdy. The welds are neat and clean with a nice powder coat finish. The rack is easy to put together by yourself but much easier with 2 people I'm not the most handiest person. Recommend this company because of their good customer service, I had purchase the rack, multigrip pullup bar, safety straps, and single landmine attachment. Rogue contacted me saying hey we notice you added safety straps we will credit you $80 and keep the pin pipes that's standard for the rack, I thought that was a nice gesture. Shipping is fast ordered it Monday received it Saturday. I had a couple hiccups Rogue forgot to pack 4 extra foot to beam plate connectors or UPS lost the package, but rogue sent the package out ASAP. And UPS delivered 10 out of 11 boxes so I had to wait a week to complete. But other than that you cant go wrong with this company or this rack. I go by the saying you get what pay for. I will add the matador dip attachment and eventually purchase a bar from this company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy and safe I returned another brand and spent the extra bucks which was worth it. The difference in the 2 racks is obvious. I have recommended this to many people .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic rack. I purchased this rack with attachments (dip bar, safety straps, plate holders, etc.). One of the best purchases I have done in many years. I had a Powerline rack for years, and it served it purpose, but this rack far exceeds anything I expected. The Flat Foot worked great for me because I didn't want to bolt anything to the basement floor. I have done dips with no problems, and I have done pull-ups with no problems. I recently squatted 500 lbs on the rack, and it held up like a tank. I purchased the Rogue adjustable bench, and I benched 405 without any issues. Shoot the bench itself probably weighs in at about 200 lbs, itself. I am a believer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great rig! Bought this because I was ready to start doing my own programming and my own thing- shout out EO3 fitness! Love this rig! Solid and portable at the same time. Built solid with great craftsmanship and easy to assemble. I have it out in my backyard in the elements (Northern Virginia). We will see how it does over time. I use it 5 days a week and so does my oldest son (17 years old) I added a rogue bench, matador, and 2sets of JCups and we can do everything. A bought the additional pull up bar that is attachable for my youngest son. Bottom line: if I buy something that I want to be quality and safe it’s gonna be Rogue!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Home Gym Rack in the Market When building my home gym I couldn't decided where I wanted my rack to go until I had it placed and could try it out. I also didn't really want to drill holes in my garage floor. This rack solves both problems and I love it. I was worried about it moving, but I am 225 lb and can do kipping pull-ups without issue. I expected the rack to rock and wobble a little bit while doing pull-ups, but it doesn't move. There is also plenty of room to squat and press in the rack (and do curls, haha). It's great and I highly recommend it, best purchase for the gym other than my Ohio Bar. I would recommend the strap safeties instead of the pin-pipes. They are quieter and way less annoying if you don't have the bar perfectly straight on a lift. The pin-pipes will do their job but for a quality of life improvement the straps are the way to go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The real deal! Monster Lite rig does the job, heavy enough to do kipping pullups chest to bar and toes to bar without bolting it down. Solid well built rig and easy to put together for your garage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great alternative to bolting I was hesitant to make permanent holes in my foundation for resale concerns so I delayed getting a rogue rack until I heard of these. This thing is bomb-proof. With my bumper plates attached to storage pegs on the base this rack hasn’t budged a millimeter. Great craftsmanship, fit and finish round out this rack to be the centerpiece of my garage gym no matter where I live without leaving holes in the floor.
