RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack

The RML-390F is the Flat Foot version of the RML-3 Monster Lite Power Rack. Available as a stand-alone unit or by converting an existing SML-2 or SML-3 Squat Stand, this rack's self-stabilizing base means you won't need to bolt it to the ground before you use it—a major benefit for those looking to protect their floors or to have more flexibility in a workout space.

The Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is manufactured in Columbus, OH, and features 3x3" 11-Gauge Uprights, 2x3" 11-Gauge Bases with Westside hole spacing and 0.625" bolts and fasteners. Leaving just a 48" x 49" footprint, the unit still creates a substantial 30" of inside depth. Customers can choose between a Single Skinny or Fat/Skinny 43" Pull-up Bar, and all orders come standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-Cups and a pin/pipe safety system.

RML-390F Conversion Kit Includes:

  • (2) Monster Lite 90" Sticks
  • (1) XML-30" Crossmember Pair
  • (1) 30" Pin/ Pipe Safety System
  • All additional hardware required

Please Note: Band Pegs and Safety Spotter Arms should NOT be used with the Flat Foot Rack.

ALSO: If you already own a Rogue SML-2 or SML-3 Monster Lite Squat Stand and want to convert it to a Flat Foot Power Rack, we offer an RML-390F Conversion Kit with all of the components and hardware you will need. The conversion kit is only compatible with the SML-2 and SML-3 and provided uprights will only be available at the 90" height.

RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 124.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid! I was hesitant to buy a rack that didn't bolt to the floor but wanted to be able to move it around as needed without the hassle of drilling over and over. This thing barely moves with pull ups and toes to bar. I'm about 185 5'11". Very pleased with my rogue home gym so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bargain deal. Superb quality and looks. Heavy duty and feels premium. It can handle all the weight I’ll ever need, which is saying a lot. I don’t want to brag, but I’m incredibly strong and lift amazing amounts of weight when compared to what a small child can lift. I’m pretty sure a plywood power rack from Ikea would have exceeded my weight needs, but having a premium and heavy capacity power rack from Rogue makes me feel stronger, which in turn gives me confidence, which in turn puts me at greater risk of starting a fight I cannot handle. I’m sorry you read this review, but not really if I had to be completely honest. I was bored. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this power rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Rack After looking at several racks and stands from a couple different companies I finally decided on this one and I couldn’t be happier. It is rock solid and assembly was a breeze. If you are thinking about buying it just do it, you won’t be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from solid piece of equipment I bought this recently along with everything else needed to build my home gym and I was impressed from the very beginning with the quality of the equipment and the robustness of the rack. My recommendation to others is to get stand-alone plate storage as this rack is not designed to have plates stored on the sides and still be functional as a squat rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent rack for Powerlifting I originally got a squat rack and had it for over a year I just did the 390F RML conversion kit to make it a rack and wish I had done it sooner. I have seen several comments regarding concerns of it tipping without it being bolted down but I have been pushing heavy weights through it I have had no issues it’s very solid

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality and Versatility I strongly dislike shoddy products. That is why I went Rogue and they did not disappoint. Even for one of the smaller racks it’s still oozes durability with every set and just looking at it. Fit and finish are great of course. There were a few dings here and there from shipping, but nothing egregious. Rogue does a superior job in my opinion on packaging to prevent this. It’s a decent amount, so expect several large and heavy boxes when “your gear has arrived.” Originally I went with this because I wasn’t going to bolt down, I was going to get the wall mount kit, so flat foot was suitable. I got it, didn’t like that idea anymore and decided to bolt the rack down. Rogue does sell brackets that WILL work to bolt down the flat foot because of the hole spacing. I read another review on here that gave the same guidance so I ordered two sets. You can barely tell in the pic, but I have an anchor plate at each of the four corners. I also added some plate pegs to the rear for a little extra stay-put and it is solid as a rock. Doing this opened up use for the safety arms which I also really wanted so I could push limits even alone, and I did. Obviously, follow their guidance for what cannot be used if this rack is not bolted down. Nevertheless, this rack does have the potential to expand/add a wide array of accessories. Pin/pipe safety I’m not a big fan of, but it does its job for work inside the rack. Whereas, the spotter arms work great for both inside and outside. The build Instructions were a bit lackluster, but it’s a big metal frame so... Not that difficult. Be sure you have a 1/2” socket/ratchet and an equal box wrench/adjustable pliers or equivalent for the build. I recommend having assistance, but realistically you could do this on your own in a short time. Overall, A++ high quality, versatile as a flat foot or bolted down, great value at the price.
